Thai beef salad preparation
1 Marinade: Mix in a bowl the soy sauce, pepper, crushed garlic and olive oil. Make it marinate 500g beef fillet into strips. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Lime 2: Press the lime in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix until complete dissolution of sugar.
3 Rice: Roast your rice with your peanuts in a large dry skillet until it becomes lightly browned, then crush in a mortar.
4 Mix: Add to your preparation of lime and sugar rice powder in the bowl, and the garlic sauce and nuoc-mam. Mix well.
5 Enter the meat: on a hot grill quickly enter your slices of beef fillet so that they are still bleeding. Leave the meat 1/4 of an hour on a plate covered with aluminum. Collect the juice from the meat and mix in your preparation by adding lime soy sauce.
6 Cut your meat into strips and mix with the chopped basil chives, cilantro, diced cucumber and half an apple cut into dice. Drizzle your sauce and serve chilled on a bed of mixed salad.
