Ingredients:
- Chicken, 1 tail, remove skin, cut into 10 parts
- Vinegar, 2 tablespoons
- Water, 600 ml
- Ginger, 2 cm, crushed
- Salt, to taste
- Soy sauce, 3 tablespoons
- Shaved brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil, 700 ml
- Fried onions, to taste
Seasonings:
- Pepper, 1 teaspoon
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Onion, 2 grains
How to make:
- Mix vinegar with 150 ml of water, stir
- Knead hen with ginger, salt and vinegar to taste.
- Let stand for 15-20 minutes in order to sew. Steam the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry the chicken until cooked and browned yellow.
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Pour the remaining water, add salt, soy sauce and brown sugar.
- Add chicken, stir and cook until boiling. Remove and place in a serving dish and sprinkle top with fried onions.
- Serve.
