Spinach Salad
Salad
1/2 pound fresh spinach
8 to 10 bacon slices, crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 to 2 diced fresh tomatoes
sprouts of your choice
bag of seasoned croutons
Dressing
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small grated onion
Wash spinach thoroughly, pull off stems and rip into pieces. Add the rest of the salad ingredients except croutons. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar, shake and refrigerate. Add dressing just before serving. Toss lightly; add croutons.
