MATERIALS:
1 small papaya
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 small kiwi fruit
50 g pea sprouts
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
HOW TO MAKE A TROPICAL SALAD:
1. Peel papaya, cut by 1 cm, then drizzle with lemon juice.
2. Kiwi sliced thin and stacked with half papaya, half a pea sprouts,
and half alfalfa in a serving bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.
HINT:
Take advantage of your garden rempahrempah. Spice chopped and added to salads you. Garnish with a small bunch of fresh herbs, such as chives are flowering so that your salad looks beautiful.
