Raw Spinach Salad Recipe

Salade d épinards crusFor 4 people:

  • 450 g of spinach
  • 2 large apples red
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • One onion
  • 25 g of pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 0 min
  • Waiting: 0 min
  • Total Time: 20 min

Preparation of raw spinach salad

1 Wash and dry spinach leaves (I in a clean cloth towel). Cut leaves into 2 by removing the coast. Put in a bowl.

2 Prepare the sauce: beat the vinegar, sugar and mustard, salt and pepper.
Add oil gradually, whisking to emulsify.

3 Wash and cut apples into slices. Slice the onion. Make grilling bacon and pine nuts (separately).

4 Add  slices of bacon, potatoes, onion, pour over the sauce, mix well and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.

Finally … Never soak the spinach leaves
