1 Large Romaine Heart, washed and chopped
1 Large Ripe Tomato, chopped
4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 Ripe Avocado, diced
1/4 Cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
DRESSING:
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
In an extra large salad bowl, toss all ingredients together. Set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk ingredients for salad dressing; toss with salad and serve on chilled plates. Enjoy!
