Chill a 9” x 13” glass baking dish in refrigerator while you are mixing up the ingredients for this salad.
In a large mixing bowl combine and mix until well blended
1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1 can prepared cherry pie filling (I use Lucky Leaf brand)
1 small can crushed pineapple well drained
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk)
1 cup diced pear (I use the canned pears well drained)
1 small pkg. cherry flavored Jell-O* (just the powder do not add water)
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 container Non-dairy topping such as Cool Whip*
When well combined spread mixture in chilled glass baking dish
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight before serving
Cut into squares and serve on a bed of leaf lettuce. Garnish with a dab of
whipped cream or non-dairy topping if you choose.
