MATERIALS:
400 g canned artichokes, drained
285 g canned button mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup Italian dressing
250 g salami, sliced
50 g dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup black olives
250 g bocconcini, sliced
HOW TO MAKE A SALAD Antipasto:
1. Cut the artichokes in half. Combine with mushrooms and dressing,
let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Drain artichokes and mushrooms, reserving dressing. Arrange artichokes, mushrooms and remaining
ingredients, pour the dressing over it. Serve with bread.
NOTE:
Serve salad on lettuce or rocket mignonette.
Add 1/2 clove garlic and basil into the dressing.
