Caesar Salad

ingredients:
400 g lettuce romance, torn rudely
50 g parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
3 lbr beef bacon, cut into small pieces
 
croutons:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, grated
4 lbr bread
 
sauce:
Btr 1 egg half-baked
1 tsp soy sauce Britain
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
3 pcs capers
1 tsp mustard paste
3 LBR anchovies
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
100 ml of salad oil
 
How to Make:
1. Croutons: Toss the butter and garlic, spread bread with butter mixture until blended and then square cut by 1 cm. Bake in oven until dry.
2. Sauce: Stir boiled eggs until blended, add the remaining sauce ingredients. Whisk until the anchovies and capers kept somewhat ruined.
3. Add a little salad oil, stirring until blended.
4. Enter romance lettuce, stir, pour into hidang plate and serve with shaved parmesan cheese, beef bacon, and croutons.
 
For 4 servings, Time 25 Minutes

Tips:
- Capers can be obtained at the convenience store in bottles.
- Anchovy is canned fish can be found in the grocery store.
