Mushroom Salad Cream Sauce

Salade de champignons à la sauce crémeuseFor 4 people:

  • 500 g mushrooms of Paris
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 40 g arugula or chews (according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons nuts crushed
  • For the sauce:
  • 125 g of natural yoghurt
  • 75 g of blue
  • 100 g cream lightened
  • salt and pepper
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 0 min
  • Waiting: 0 min
  • Total time: 15 minutes

Salad preparation mushroom cream sauce

1 Prepare the sauce: mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture, salt and pepper.

2 Wipe the mushrooms with paper towels. Cut into strips and put them in a bowl with the celery and half the chives. Add the sauce and toss gently.

3 Arrange the arugula mash on each plate, garnish salad with mushrooms and sprinkle with chives and chopped walnuts.

Finally … You can remove the celery if you do not like.
