Sweet and Sour Salad
1 head lettuce
4 stalks celery
2 green onions
Parmesan cheese
1 pound bacon, cooked crisp
Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons vinegar
Shred head lettuce and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top lettuce with chopped celery and green onions. Mix all ingredients for dressing and spread over top of lettuce mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 3 to 4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with crumbled crisp bacon. Delicious!
