Italian Salad and Dressing
Salad
1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
1/4 can hearts of palm, drained and sliced
1 1/4 can black olives, drained
2 slices red onion, separated
cubed bread croutons
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 clove garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Toss lettuce, hearts of palm, olives and onion in salad bowl. Top with croutons. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over greens.
