EASY APRICOT SALAD
2 cans apricots, with juice, 1 pound each
1 can crushed pineapple, 15 1/2-ounces
5 cinnamon sticks
whole cloves, approximately 7
2 packages orange gelatin, 3-ounces each
1 package lemon gelatin, 3-ounces
Gently simmer apricots in their juice with cinnamon sticks and cloves for about 1 hour. Mash apricots. Measure hot liquid, and add hot water to make 3 cups. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Add apricots and pineapple with juice. Pour into mold; chill until set.
