Tauco Sauce

MATERIALS:
► 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing.
► 1/2sdm grated garlic.
► 1 tsp grated fresh ginger.
► 100 grams tauco bottled, ready to use.
► 1/4 teaspoon salt.
► 1 tbsp sugar.
► 1 tbsp vinegar.
► 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 50 ml of water, to thicken.


HOW TO MAKE TAUCO SAUCE:
► Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Pour tauco, salt and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil,
cook until fragrant.
Add vinegar and stir well. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
► Stir-stir and bring to a boil once again. Lift let cool.
