MATERIALS:
1/2 kg, mullets
1/2 ounce tauco
1/2 cup cooking oil
BUMBU:
5 pieces of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
Ginger ½ knuckles
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce

HOW COOKING Coon coon:
• Clean mullets, washing and fried
• finely sliced red onion, garlic and ginger too.
Tumislah spices with the oil to dry,
Then add the other spices also tauco.
• Enter 1/3 cup water and let it boil
