MATERIALS:
200 g brie cheese `’
3 medium pears
1 mignonette lettuce or butter
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
HOW TO MAKE A SALAD BRIEDAN PIR:
1. Thinly sliced brie cheese wedge. Cut the pears into 4 respectively,
seeded and thinly sliced unpeeled.
2. Wash and dry lettuce and shredded small and arrange in a serving dish.
Place the brie and pears on it.
3. Whisk oil and vinegar evenly in a jam jar.
Pour the dressing into the salad and sow with pecans.
NOTE:
Replace old brie with Camembert cheese (ripe) are tasteful.
Make sure the cheese is at room temperature when served.
