1 package (18 ounbce) fresh coleslaw mix5 ounces of thinly sliced red cabbage1 scallion chopped2/3 cups golden raisins2/3 cup bottled Vidalia onion salad dressing1/3 cup mayionnaise1 Tablespoon white vinegar1/4 teaspoon lite salt1/8 teaspoon pepperThe coleslaw, red cabbage, scallion and raisins should be tossed in a large bowl. Theb =n the salad dressing mayonnaise, vinegarand salt and pepper should be whisked toigether until smooth in another bowl.The salad dresing mixture should be put n top of the coleslaw mixture and mixed uo until all the coleslaw is coated . SErve at once or cover and refreigerate until ready to serve and store leftovers in refrigerator.
