Healthy Salad: Yogurt Soy nodule Salad.
What you will need:
1. 50 grams soy nodules.
2. ¼ table spoon garlic paste.
3. 1 cup plain yogurt.
4. 1/2 Salsa.
What you need to do:
Mix the garlic paste in a cup of water and add soy nodules. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate. Drain the nodules and steam cook till tender. Cool the nodules and squeeze all water from them. Take a salad bowl and add salsa, salt and yogurt. Whip till the mixture is uniform. Add the soy nodules, mix and serve. Good veggie and dairy protein.
